The best way to book tickets if you have any access requirements is to contact the venue directly.

Request Deadline

The deadline for access requests is Sunday 4 September. Requests do not require payment. Once the requested performance date is confirmed, payment is required to ensure booking. Normal booking terms and conditions apply.

COMPANION & CARER CARD

Companion Card

Companion Card holders qualify for a complimentary ticket for their companion. Please contact Melbourne Festival on 03 9652 8667 or venue box offices directly.

Carer Card

Victorian Carer Card holders qualify for the concession rate to all Melbourne Festival performances, except for War and Peace.

BLIND OR VISION IMPAIRED

Audio Description

Audio description makes the visual verbal for people who are Blind or vision impaired. Patrons use a small audio receiver to receive a spoken description of the visual elements by a trained audio describer.

DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING

Auslan interpreting

All Backstage in Biscuit Land performances will be Auslan interpreted.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING

Assistive listening systems provide sound amplification for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The following venues have assistive listening technology:

Where the wheelchair icon is displayed, the venue/location is wheelchair accessible. If this symbol is not displayed, access may be limited and assistance by venue staff may be required.
